After meeting his bail conditions, Geoffrey Mwamba says the 25 counts he has been slapped with do not worry him.

Talking to journalists as he walked out of the court room at Lusaka’s Magistrate Court today, GBM said his arrest has not changed anything.

He claimed that he knew about the arrest before it happened.

“I don’t feel anything, nothing has changed because I already knew. The 25 counts don’t worry me. This is not the first, I have been detained so many times so this is not new,” he said.

Asked if he was shaken, GBM said no one will shake him.

He branded his arrest as political persecution.

Member of the opposition PF alleged that the arrest came because of his resignation from the now ruling UPND where he once served as party vice president.
