PF Acting President Hon Given Lubinda has mourned the sudden passing on of Mrs Forster Chiwala, the Queen Mother of the Bisa speaking people of Chief Mukungule of Mpika District.
Hon Lubinda has described the death of Mrs Chiwala as a very big blow not only to the Bisa speaking people but to the entire nation. He has described the late Mrs Chiwala as an oasis of wisdom and knowledge who was a very strong pillar to the Bisa royal family.
Hon Lubinda has on behalf of the Patriotic Front conveyed his profound condolences to His Royal Highness Chief Mukungule, the Bisa royal family and the nation at large.
Mrs Forster Chiwala died yesterday. She was 84.
May her soul rest in peace.
