A ZESCO transformer servicing Musangu clinic in Mazabuka’s Mugoto ward has been stolen leaving the health facility without power.
Mugoto Ward Councilor, Raybrand Chiyobwa who confirmed the development to Byta FM says the incidence happened on Saturday night.
He says thieves dismantled the trasformer on site and stole all its components.
He described the incidence as retrogressive to development.
Chiyobwa has since called on Police Officers to work around the clock and arrest the bandits.
