City of Lusaka Football Club have announced the appointment of Polish coach Slawomir Cisakowski as Sporting Director and Head Coach of the City Yamoto first team.

Slawomir Cisakowski who began his tenure on the 17th of August, holds a UEFA A Licence and has extensive coaching and player development experience. Recently he worked with the reserve team of the Polish Giant Legia Warsaw. Cisakowski has also worked in the Everton FC structures taking the role of Director of Player Development and U18 Head Coach in their international academy in the United States. He is also a graduate of the prestigious Master in High-Performance Football at MBP School coaches in Barcelona.

Slawomir Cisakowski will oversee the club’s development and take over from Albert Mphande who turned down the offer to continue at City as Associate Head Coach. We would like to thank Mr. Mphande for his contributions to the club and wish him the best of luck in his coaching career.
