Sports Minister Elvis Nkandu says the next senior Chipolopolo Coach should be able to deliver the much desired results.
Mr NKandu says FAZ should not appoint a Coach simply because the country has fixtures or tournaments to fulfill.
He told ZNBC sports news in Ndola that hiring a coach should be on merit whether local or international.
The sports minister said government will continue supporting FAZ where a national team coach is concerned.
