Two of the suspects wanted in the case where 13 young ladies were held captive in a house in Chalala of Lusaka have been apprehended in the early hours of today, police have confirmed.
Spokesperson Rae Hamoonga has stated in a statement seen by Zambia Reports that the duo was nabbed at 02:36 hours in TBZ area of Kaoma district after a tip-off from the public.
“The two suspects are Mathews Sikaonga and James Mulenga Bwalya both aged 22 of Chalala area in Lusaka. Police investigations are on-going,” Mr Hamoonga has stated in a brief statement.
