OPPOSITION Citizens First (CF) leader Harry Kalaba has described the appointment of Patrick Kangwa as Secretary to Cabinet by President Hakainde Hichilema as the best choice.
Mr Kalaba said in an interview yesterday that President Hichilema could not have made a better choice than Mr Kangwa because he has been excellent where he has worked.
“I worked with Mr Kangwa as my permanent secretary when I was deputy minister in the Office of the Vice-President and the man is just up to the job and he knows what he does,” he said. “That kind of an appointment is impeccable.” This is contained in a report published by Zambia Daily Mail.
