Jerry, the young man who shared his breakup story with teary eyes on Simon Mwewa Lane Television a few days ago was yesterday shedding tears of joy.
In his touching breakup story, the 25-year-old shared that his ex cheated and eventually broke up with him.
Jerry, who was madly in love revealed that the ex blatantly told him that she didn’t have feelings for him anymore.
“She cheated. She showed me the messages between her and another man, she told me that she has someone else,” he said.
“She said she doesn’t have feelings for me. In the messages, the man was telling her that baby you know what we did last time so I need to buy you a morning after pill.”
Yesterday, Simon Mwewa brought Jerry some good news from Lillian Mutambo which gave him tears of joy.
When one is going through a breakup, people barely know how to comfort such a person.
Lillian Mutambo, the generous Zambian living in the diaspora surprised the young man with a K10,000.
She sent the money to Mwewa so that he delivers it to Jerry.
People say money doesn’t solve everything. However, with the smiles on Jerry’s face who couldn’t even believe for a while that what was happening is true, one can only hope that the early “Christmas” present from Mutambo will for a moment help him forget the horrible heartbreak his ex put him through.
