(ZNBC) Minister of Youth, Sport and Art Elvis Nkanduvsays plans are underway to construct a stadium in Livingstone to promote sports tourism in the country.NKANDU says this is to compliment other tourism attractions in the tourists capital.He was speaking during a phone interview on The Update, a live TV program on ZNBC today.He also disclosed that plans are under way to have one or two sports facilities in rural areas to help in taping talent in the rural parts of the country.
