After an inspection of the school, Kafulafuta law maker, Jeff Mulebwa, says he is heart broken to see infrastracture at Chiwala Technical School in Masaiti District falling apart.
He expressed disappointment that the historical school which has produced leaders such as the late President Levy Mwanawasa, prominate lawyer Eric Silwamba and former Defense Minister George Mpombo and former Vice President Christone Tembo and the likes can be neglected to an extent it needs overhaulhas been neglected to the extent that it needs overhaul.
