Mongu High Court judge-in-charge Wilfred Muma has been arrested for transferring the title involving Zambia Army property in Lusaka to Patriotic Front (PF), which intended to use it as party offices.
The offence is alleged to have been committed between April and December 2018 when Justice Muma served as Commissioner of Lands.
Police deputy spokesperson Danny Mwale said in a statement yesterday Judge Muma, 58, of State Lodge in Chongwe, has been charged and arrested for wilful failure to comply with the law or procedure or guidelines relating to the allocation and disposal of property.This is contained in a report published Zambia Daily Mail.
