We understand the difficulties that our people are going through and are working round the clock to lower the cost of living, President Hakainde Hichilema has said.
In a post on his Facebook page today, the Head of State said the New Dawn Administration is dealing with the challenges as they arise.
President Hichilema boasted of having dealt with load shedding in less than month.
He also commended the media for the way they are carrying out their duty to ensure the public is well informed.
“Thank you, journalists, for your continued handwork. The media is the Fourth Estate in the governance structure and this is why we call on everyone to give them a chance to play their role,” he said.
“As we promised you, we will continue engaging fellow citizens through various platforms. Thank you to all of you who followed our engagement.”
