A 14-year-old boy of Choma is nursing severe burns after his biological father tortured him using a hot pot filled with burning charcoal on allegations that he stole K15 meant to buy mealie meal and relish.
The father, who is now in police custody, tortured the boy with the help of his other 17-year-old son, who is currently on the run.
After burning him, the two locked up the victim to ensure that no outsider got wind of what transpired.
