March 16,2023- Police in Lusaka have apprehended one suspect identified as Bernard Mupela aged 46 of Kamanga compound.
The suspect who has been on Police wanted list was cornered on March 15, 2023 in Kamanga Compound.
He is behind a spate of thefts of motor vehicles that have been occurring in some parts of Lusaka.
During the operation, Police have also recovered a Motor Vehicle Toyota Corolla bearing registration number ACP 8515, property of Felix Mwanza of Obama Compound which was earlier reported stolen.
The suspect remains in custody and further investigations have been instituted.
