Zambia’s CAF 2023 African Cup of Nations opponents Ivory Coast will arrive in the country on Thursday.

According to information obtained by the ZamFoot Crew from Abidjan, the West African will depart for Ndola on Thursday on a chartered plane.

The 2015 African Cup of Nations are expected to touch down at Ndola’s Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe Airport on Thursday.

Serge Aurier and co will then have a feel of the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium turf on Friday.

Aurier and his coach Jean Gasset will also attend to the media on Friday in Ndola.

Meanwhile the Elephants will only have five training sessions before the clash in Ndola.

Unlike the Chipolopolo boys who started preparing for the tie last week in South Africa, Ivory Coast only regrouped on Monday.

All the players reported for camp including Manchester United defender Eric Baily and Franck Kessie of Barcelona.

On Wednesday, they will have an open session for 15 minutes for the media.

Sebastian Haller, Wilfried Zaha and Amad Traore will not make the trip to the Copperbelt.

Ivory Coast and Zambia are on 10 and 9 points with Comoros and Lesotho on 3 and a point respectively.
