LUSAKA, Tuesday, July 18, 2023 – MISA Zambia is saddened by the passing away of journalist, Claudia Nkhata.
Ms. Nkhata a former Production Manager at Solwezi Radio died in the evening of Sunday 16th July 2023 in Chongwe District where she had gone to visit her mother.
At the time of her demise, Ms Nkhata was working for Family Development Initiatives as a Governance and Social Accountability Lead.
As a Journalist, Ms. Nkhata worked for UNZA Radio, i-Wave FM, Radio Cheke among others.
MISA will remember Ms. Nkhata for her profound contribution to the media industry at large.
MISA Zambia sends its condolences to the bereaved family, friends and the media industry at large.
