The Zambia Police have arrested and charged Brighton Mwanza ,25, of Balastone for the offence of Inciting Mut!ny Contrary to Section 48(b) of the Penal Code Act Chapter 87 of the laws of Zambia.
It is alleged that on July 30, 2023, Mwanza using his twitter account incited Men and Women in uniform to mut!ny by referring to W£st Afr!can countr!es that have recently seen C0up d’ét@t.
The Zambia Police Service has warned the public from using the cyberspace to commit cr!me.
