A child witness has testified in the Lusaka Magistrate Court that her biological father is the one responsible for her pregnancy.
The victim has testified before Lusaka Magistrate, KAWAMA MWANFULI that her father threatened to end her lífe if she refused to sleep with him.
She said her father appeared drunk and had a knífe in his hands when he ordered her to lay on the floor where he had canal knowledge of her.
The witness was testifying in the matter where her father a Zambia Air Force -ZAF- flight Sergeant is facing one count of incest.
Meanwhile, a Police Officer, EMELDA MUNTEMBA has testified that during an interview with the accused, he denied knowing anything about the offence.
Ms. MUNTEMBA however stated that the accused said he once had a confrontation with his wife, who was questioning why he was coming from the girl’s bedroom.
