The Lusaka High Court has adjourned the murder trial of former Independent Broadcasting Authority (IBA) Director General, Guntila Muleya, to April 11, 2025.
The trial, which was scheduled to begin today, April 7, 2025, was postponed due to the reported illness of one of the accused, Samuel Dokowe.
In this case, four individual including two police officers, Mthusani Dokowe Basa and Caleb Zulu alongside business executive Samuel Dokowe Basa and Francis Chipyoka, an accountant at IBA, are jointly charged with one count of murder.
Mr. Muleya was killed in July 2024.
