A feud of Jealousy has landed a 25 year old man in Police custody for causing death of 22 year old man whom he suspected of having an affair with his wife.
Tyson kayange 22 of Ngowane village of Chief Mubangas Chiefdom met his fate on the evening of Friday 20th June when he was attached with fists and Kicks by Mathews Sichone 25.
In this matter it is alleged that the now deceased left his home in Ngowane village to visit his Aunt Juliet Nambeya of Chitongo village in the same Chiefdom when later in the evening he decided to go out on a drinking spree.
It is reported that after the drinking spree he retired to bed at his auntie’s place when Mathews the accused visited the household few minutes later claiming he had something to give him only to physically attack the deceased who could not defend himself due to his drunken state.
Sadly he was discovered dead on the the morning of Saturday June 21st by his Auntie who reported the matter to Isoka Police station leading up to the arrest of the suspect.
The body of the deceased was discovered lying on the bed facing up with bruises on left side of the head and right elbow.
Muchinga Police commanding Officer Dennis Moola says the body has been conveyed to Isoka hospital Mortuary for postmortem and burial.
