Education Permanent Secretary KELVIN MAMBWE has urged young people to develop innovations that tackle real-world challenges.
Dr. MAMBWE says in a fast-changing global economy, countries that will thrive are those creating sustainable solutions.
He was speaking in Lusaka when he opened the 2025 Junior Engineers, Technicians and Scientists –JETS- Fair.
The fair features a two-week intensive boot camp for 60 outstanding learners, offering mentorship and skills development.
Dr. MAMBWE described JETS as a vital platform for identifying and nurturing young innovators who will drive Zambia into a sustainable and competitive future.
Meanwhile, Ministry of Education Director of the National Science Centre, BENSON BANDA, said the fair enables young innovators to showcase their work and potential.
