Masaiti Aspiring candidate and youth activist Mumba Tebulu has applauded the United Party for National Development (UPND) government for delivering ambulances to all 156 constituencies across the country.

Mr. Tebulu described the move as a significant step in addressing long-standing transportation challenges, particularly in rural constituencies such as Masaiti.

In a statement issued to the media, Mr. Tebulu praised President Hakainde Hichilema and his administration for their continued efforts in improving the health sector and making healthcare services more accessible to all citizens.

“This initiative demonstrates that President Hichilema’s government truly cares for all Zambians,” Mr. Tebulu said. “It is an inclusive development approach that deserves the support of every well-meaning citizen.”

He further commended the Ministry of Local Government for prioritizing transportation in the delivery of essential services and called on the government to extend similar support to other ministries to improve overall service delivery in districts like Masaiti.

Mr. Tebulu also urged local authorities to ensure that the donated ambulances are used effectively and maintained to serve the communities for years to come.
