The murdèr case in which four men are accused of k!lling former Independent Broadcasting Authority director general Guntila Muleya has been moved to Friday, after the accused’s lawyers asked for an adjournment.
After a scenes of crime expert concluded her testimony on Wednesday morning, defense lawyers applied to be given more time to seek expert opinion on the evidence before cross examining the witness.
Lusaka High Court Judge Vincent Siloka granted the application for an adjournment, in the interest of justice.
This is in case two police officers; Caleb Zulu, M’thusani Dokowe, systems engineer Samuel Dokowe, IBA accountant Francis Chipyoka, are accused of k!lling Mr Muleya last year in July.
