I join our Kenyan brothers and sisters and the rest of the African Continent in mourning the passing of the former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga.
Mr. Odinga, who was undergoing treatment in India, is said to have died after suffering a cardiac arrest during a morning walk on Wednesday, October 15.He was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
I recently held consultative talks with Mr. Odinga earlier this year in South Africa, little did I know that would be our last meeting.
May his soul rest in eternal peace.
