PF faction Secretary General Raphael Nakacinda has failed to open his defence in a case he is facing a charge of expressing hatred and ridicule against the Tonga-speaking people of Bweengwa, after allegedly saying Zambians “picked the worst and completely ignorant Tonga from Bweengwa and dumped him in State House.”
This is due to the claim by his Lawyer, Mulaza Chongola that he is unwell and needs to see a doctor.
