Government has expressed deep sorrow upon the passing of Ms. Natalie Omokhodion, who served as the First Secretary–Economic at the High Commission of Zambia in Nairobi.
The late Omokhodion was the daughter of Ms. Chileshe Mpundu Kapwepwe, Secretary General of the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA).

Government says her demise is a great loss to her family, her colleagues and the Diplomacy in Zambia where she was well esteemed for her commitment and professionalism.
Ms. Omokhodion will certainly be remembered for her commitment to promote Zambia’s Economic interests in Kenya and indeed the region.
Government has sent its heartfelt condolences to her family and all those mourning her departure.
