POLICE in Lusaka have recorded a damage-only road traffic accident involving former PF Secretary General Davies Mwila. According to a statement issued by Police Spokesperson Rae Hamoonga, Monday, the accident occurred when the driver of a Toyota Wish cut in front of Mwila’s Toyota Land Cruiser, which had the right of way.
