Archbishop Alick Banda has appeared before the Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) for questioning over a Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) vehicle disposal, following a summon issued last week.
Earlier, after presiding over a solidarity Mass at the Cathedral of Child Jesus in Lusaka, he walked to the DEC offices with his sympathizers. After the session, he returned to the cathedral on foot with his sympathizers who had camped outside the DEC premises.
Archbishop Banda and his lawyers declined to comment on the matter following the DEC questioning.
