The Patriotic Front family has been gripped with deep sorrow following the death of Hon. Christabel Martha Ngimbu.
Hon. Ngimbu died at Maina Soko Medical Centre in Lusaka after a short illness.
Mrs. Ngimbu was elected as a PF Member of Parliament in 2014 during a by-election after she had successfully petitioned the Zambezi West seat which was nullified.
She was subsequently appointed Minister of Lands and Natural Resources, a position she held until 2016.
Our condolences go to the family of Mrs. Ngimbu, the people of Zambezi District and to the people of Zambia over this sad loss.
May Her Soul Rest In Eternal Peace.
