Lusaka’s notorious Garden Road, long considered one of the most problematic stretches for motorists and residents, has finally been upgraded to a tarmac surface.
Ngwelele Ward Councilor Adrian Banda expressed excitement over the development, noting that years of complaints from road users had at last been addressed. The new tarmac is expected to ease movement in the area, although drainage systems are still pending.
