ZAMBEEF Products Plc has awarded its 8,000 employees a 12 percent salary increment across the board effective next month following successful negotiations with Grain and Meat Workers Union of Zambia (GRAMUZ).
Zambeef Products Plc chief executive officer Faith Mutuku said the agreement is a demonstration of the firm’s unwavering commitment to all the well being of employees and the long-term sustainability of the business.
Speaking during the signing ceremony of the agreement yesterday, Ms Mutuku said the company is dedicated to implementing initiatives that promote job satisfaction while supporting the continued growth of the business.

This is why care stands at the heart of our core values. “Our employees are the backbone of this organisation and it is our hope that this salary increment serves as a testament to our continued dedication and a tangible reflection of the care we strive to show each and every day,” she said.
