A Chipata-based peace advocate who walked from Chipata to Lusaka has narrated that his attempt to meet President Hakainde Hichilema was unsuccessful after he was told to return and make proper arrangements.
Fondly known as Katatala, Morgan Banda began his walk on 16th December and arrived in Lusaka on 25th December, 2025.
According to a video shared, Mr. Banda was advised to write a letter and wait for clearance from relevant state agencies.
Meanwhile, Mr. Banda has continued engaging youths in discussions on peace and national unity in Lusaka.
