The much-anticipated friendly match between Musicians and Comedians ended in a thrilling 1-1 draw at full time before the Musicians emerged victorious with a 3-2 win in post-match penalties.
The Comedians took the lead in the first half when Ba NAPSA found the back of the net, putting the Musicians under sustained pressure.
The Musicians struggled to settle early on and were forced to make several substitutions in the first half as they searched for balance and momentum.
In the second half, continued tactical changes paid off for the Musicians. Their persistence was rewarded when Mordecai scored the equaliser, bringing the match level at 1-1 and reigniting the contest.
With no further goals in regulation time, the match was decided by penalties. The Musicians held their nerve from the spot, winning 3-2 to claim victory.
