The Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development has approved 23 community projects for Kabwe Central Constituency at the cost of K13.8 million under the 2022 CDF allocation.
Kabwe Central Member of Parliament Chrizostar Phiri said the disbursement of funds for the projects will start soon.
The lawmaker stressed the need for the Kabwe Municipal Council to ensure that the projects are implemented in record time without shoddy works.
Mrs Phiri said corruption must not be condoned in developmental projects.
She said all projects which are being funded by government must be monitored to ensure that they are executed and completed.
