(ZANIS) Over twenty thousand small-scale farmers in Southern Province have been affected by flash floods.
Acting Provincial Agriculture Coordinator, PAUL NYAMBE, says the floods have affected 11 out of 15 districts and that Monze is the worst hit with about 12,000 households affected and 10,000 crop fields flooded.
