A 16-year-old is in court facing two charges of m@rder and arson after being accused of k!lling his 84-year-old grandfather and later setting his house ablaze in an attempt to cover up the crime.
A police officer has testified how she found a burnt body of a man lying dead in Lufwanyama with a broken skull and arm suspected to have been m@rdered by his grandson.
This is said to have happened in August 2020 when Peter Kamaloni, 84, was allegedly m@rdered.
Linda Chilufya, who is a scenes of crime officer, testified that she was on the fateful day assigned to take photographic images of the incident.
