This is Mr Geoffrey Sikambo Chishiko, a teacher in Lufwanya, who has died in a fatal road accident with 2 others. The accident occurred at Chembe in Kalulushi district when the small bus they were on from Kitwe to Lufwanyama overturned.
The bodies of the deceased are in Kalulushi General Hospital Mortuary.
