28 year old Chibwana Musonda, is the CEO and founder of Mcwayz International Limited a company which has so far employed 37 people including youths and the elderly.
Mcwayz International is a Civil Engineering and Construction Company Musonda established in 2018 when he was a fourth year Civil Engineering Student at the Copperbelt University.
It’s inspiring to see young people use their education to create employment in their local communities. This should be encouraged and supported.
