Ex Inmate Inocent Mweenda Manga who was accompanied by his mother recieved a Welding Machine and disc grinding machine as a starter pack.
Deputy Regional Commanding Officer for Copperbelt Region Mulenga Nkondwa handed over the equipment to Manga who was one of the inmates trained in welding while serving his sentence at Kanfinsa and Kansenji Correctional Centers.
Mr. Nkondwa encouraged Manga to utilise the gift to generate income and help him sustain his family.
