Ronah Himbondo a 66 year-old mother of Monze and other members of her family have been sentenced to death by hanging for killing her son whom she suspected of having killed his sibling.
According to a report with Zambia Daily Mail, Ronah Himbondo was jointly charged with her 18-year-old grandchild, Willard Hamunyangwa, and her stepson Majesty Hamunyangwa, 41, for murdering Feance Hamunyangwa, her biological son.
Ms Himbondo paid her grandson Willard to crush her son Feance’s head on claims that he was a problem.
On December 1, 2021, in Katimba village, Southern Province, the trio worked together to murder Feance, whom they suspected of having killed their close relative.
