Am appealing to you our able President of the republic of Zambia Mr Hakainde Hichilema and to all our members of parliament to look into salaries of councilors, this will even motivate them to work extra hard in their respective wards.
My able leaders,Councillors have a salary which is very small , better increase Councillors salary across the board,Councillors work a lot because they are at grassroot.
I KNOW A JOB OF A COUNCILLORS HAS NEVER BEEN FULL TIME ..but our councillors are the ones directly involved with the community and are actually the ones who shoulder the burden of living amongst the majority poor people of our country ..
