MINISTER of Transport and Logistics Frank Tayali says government will at some point lift the ban on night movements of trucks and buses once safety measures are put in place.
According to News Diggers, Tayali says it is true that in order for the country’s economy to get back on track, it ought promote the operation of a 24/7 economy.
