KAFUE Town Council has donated land to Amos Youth Centre for the construction of the proposed Youth Resource Centre which will be built with support from Suny Schenectady County Community College from USA.
Speaking after witnessing the historical signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Amos Youth Centre and Suny Schenectady County Community College, Kafue Council Chairperson Buumba Malambo said the Kafue Town Council is delighted to partner with the Amos Youth Centre in ensuring that the Youths Resource Centre is built in Kafue.
Dr Malambo said the Centre will be offering after school lessons, meals, Wellness and entrepreneurship courses.
The signing ceremony was attended by Principal Private Secretary to the President, Bradford Machila and Minister of Education Douglas Syakalima.
