DAY-OLD BABY FOUND DEAD IN A STREAM

A day old baby has been found dead in a stream in Chipulukusu Township of Ndola, unidentified woman of the same area is alleged to have dumped the baby in the stream.

According to a report published by Zambia daily mail, the dead body of the baby was found floating by a farmer, Goodson Musonda, who was working in his field.

“Mr Musonda owns a garden at Madimba near Gomes area of Chipulukusu, and on Monday around 16:00 hours, he noticed a body of a day-old baby floating,” Copperbelt Province police commanding officer Sharon Zulu said.
