A fire has swept through a storage house and about 27 shops at Riverside Market in Kapiri Mposhi district, destroying merchandise worth over K 400, 000 Kwacha.
The fire whose cause is yet to be established is believed to have started around 03:00 hours yesterday from one of the shops before spreading to other structures.
