A WOMAN’S love for ‘kaloba’ has landed her in the Livingstone Local Court after the person she borrowed money from demanded for his K6,750 which she has failed to pay back.
Sitali Silozi sued Claudia Mataka for payment of the debt she accrued or surrender her television set as surety.
He told the court that Mataka initially borrowed K2,000 to be paid at an interest of 50 percent.
“After getting the K2,000, she was supposed to pay back K3,000 but she only paid K1,000. The following month, she paid K1,000 again. this is contained in a report published by Zambia Daily Mail.
