Scores of Livingstone mourners have gathered at David Livingstone College of Education (DALICE) SDA Church to pay their last respects to two children aged four years that were found dead on October 29, 2022 in a non-runner motor vehicle parked in the garage of the College.
The police is yet to establish circumstances in the tragic death of the juveniles whose remains were discovered naked and had both bled from their mouths and noses.
