A young man from Roan township Luanshya aged in between 20 to 27 drowned and d!ed around 14hrs yesterday. The young man so far only identified as Francis is believed to be from within roan section 9.
“Francis” so far as the headlines can count is now about the seventh drowning victim reported just this Summer.
Later on around 16hrs the body was picked up by Roan Market police and Fire and Rescue services team for identification before proceeding to the mortuary.
Hon. MP for roan Joel Chibuye has send a message of condolences to the family of late Francis and further said that he will have a serious meeting with the new owners of Makoma club to soon to see how such d£aths can be averted.
