Minister of Youth, Sport, and Arts Elvis Nkandu has assured that the rehabilitation of the National Heroes Stadium will be completed by the end of next month.
Nkandu told ZNBC that the procurement processes are already underway, and Sport-Tef, the company overseeing the project, is on the ground to expedite the rehabilitation process.
