Green Economy and Environment Minister Mike Mposha says Lumezi Independent MP Munir Zulu should have been given a longer sentence so that he reflects on his character.
On Monday, Lusaka Chief Resident Magistrate Davies Chibwili sentenced Zulu to 12 months imprisonment with hard labour.
